I dont know why this page looks so bad, the css file isn't updating but I can't figure out why. If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know. You can find my photos on Flikr and Instagram
I am a chronic overshooter which means that most of the photos I take and edit don't end up on Instagram, so, here are all the photos I've taken since I started taking photos of bands.
I began doing music photography during my A-Levels where I got the opportunity to help photograph a concert for my college's music department. From there I took photos at as many of my friends gigs as I could, I'm so grateful that I had such cool friends that encouraged me from the start.
Now I've finished college I'm still trying to do photography every chance I get. I'm hoping to try out photographing circus, specifically aerial acrobatics in the coming years as I'm currently in circus school.
Dog Show at Bimble 2025
These are some of my favourite photos I've taken so far! I love the lightling and the colours so much. This was definately another turning point for me, it was the first time I took photos for people who weren't my friends and also the biggest artist (while still not huge) I'd taken photos of. I'm hoping that I'll get to do more festival photography in the future, It's so much fun!
Restorative Justice at The Thunderbolt
I shot this gig on my 50mm lens a few days after I brought it, I definately think of this gig as a turning point where I could see real improvemnt in my photos from the quality to the composition and editing. They may not be the best photos but I'm still very proud of them.
Restorative Justice at The Thunderbolt
This was the first gig I ever photographed outside of college, I got the opportunity from
my friend Callum who was the bands drummer. I had so much fun and while I had a lot of
improvement to do, this is definitely what made me want to persue music photography.
I continued to photograph this band at almost every one of their gigs until they broke up.
Looking back it's insane how far I've come in the last few years, I'm so excited to keep
improving and to see who I get to work with.
